FAQ

1. What’s the experience like?

Our most basic option includes 10 ceramics. Printers, TVs, and other electronics are offered at an additional price.

**Caution** Seoul Rage Room is NOT a mental help or medical facility. We do not treat, diagnose, or provide medical therapy of any kind. We are classified purely as an entertainment facility. If you feel that you have any mental or medical issues that need to be treated, we recommend that you visit a licensed professional.

2. Is it safe?

As long as you practice common sense and regard the safety rules* it is safe! We offer full protective gear, including a helmet, face guard, earmuffs, gloves, and a full bodysuit. Staff will cover safety precautions before starting and monitor the safety of all participants through surveillance cameras**.

* All participants are required to sign a waiver relinquishing the business of all legal responsibilities in case of injury.

** Surveillance footage is solely used to monitor safety and is not used for any other purposes.

3. How long is the experience?

Depending on the package, the experience ranges from 10-15 minutes. While this may seem short, most people find it difficult to even last a full 15 minutes!

4. Can multiple people be in the rooms?

We allow up to 2 players per room. Staff may enforce restrictions at their discretion if safety is an issue.

5. Can I record myself in the room?

We encourage people to record themselves inside the rooms and share the videos with friends and family! Just be sure to do this from a safe distance within the rooms, and please keep in mind that we are not responsible for damaged phones or other recording devices.

6. Can I bring my own stuff?

For a small clean up fee, you can bring and break a device of your own*. BYOD (Bring Your Own Device)

* Items deemed unsafe may be prohibited.

7. Can minors or pregnant women participate?

Unfortunately, due to safety issues, we do not allow children under the age of 18, pregnant women, or people with severe health issues to participate.

8. Can I rent out the place?
